He was on the back door frame-outside. He caught my attention with his red eyes and the expression on his, uh...face? :) I'll be calling Brandon to come out too, been seeing a lot of spiders, earwigs, and one scorpion.
I saw a little girl today, probably about 3 years old or so, and just as cross-eyed as Clarence! Only her eyes were blue. Kind of startled me, and fortunately they were walking the other direction, because I got tickled!
What a funny critter! Reminds me of a fellow that gave me quite a scare when I was driving down the road. Jumped right onto the middle of my windshield in front of me and stared right at me. Thankfully, I wasn't going very fast so he could hang on.

And where was this little fella? I just had the bug man out today to rid my house of gnats and my yard of Oleander Caterpillars!

What a neat photo of your little friend.

Melinda said "why Clarence?", so I explained it to her. She just looked at me. I told her not to worry, the "old" folks would get it! :)
That really made me laugh! He's funnier the closer you get to him.

LOL, what a great picture.
I think that might be a katydid instead of a cricket. But it doesn't matter, it's still cute as hell.
LOL, I was pretty sure it wasn't a cricket, but it just went with "Clarence" so well! :)
