Squirrel, what kind of squirrel are you that you don't know your trees?? LOL, I believe it is a type of Oak, possibly a Southern red oak. The evergreen is just a pine.

when you click & enlarge these the leaves actually look like flames, and i like the soft feathery feel of the pines.

Color tone is beautiful. Blue sky and red leaves is such a perfect contrast that make your photos look fantastic.
