Egan's Creek Greenway

Egan's Creek Greenway is a park in Fernandina/Amelia Island area where they have built up a "Greenway", or grassy walkway through the marsh. I went there with a friend this week and it was quite cool to be able to stroll right through the middle of the marsh. I'm looking forward to going back when we have more time so we can make the full loop around.

Sounds like a day trip to me. I hope that hand print wasn't a gator. I was thinking maybe RJ.

Sounds like a neat place. Let me know if you have room for one more on your next trip - I'd love to tag along. :)

I wish I could some day be half as good a photographer as you! These shots are outstanding!!!

How can egrets fly like that and not need a chiropractor? The bee... is that an allergic reaction to pollen? How tragic. Speaking of tragic. Dearie, if that's your footprint, get thee to an orthopaedic surgeon. ;-)

Dirkus, you should if you can, it's a very cool place :)

GranmaL, I think it's a raccoon print, not sure though. I know it's not a gator because there were no marks from him dragging his belly and tail on the ground :)

We should make a family pilgrimage out there Alan

Craver, you're too kind :) That's actually pollen that the bee is collecting. Not sure about the egrets, and no, not my prints! LOL
