My New Puppy
Well...kinda. :) I pulled out a costume/PJ's I bought on sale last Halloween, it was too big then. He wanted to wear it and once he had it on, he was COMPLETELY in character...
Here, he's telling me he "needs go out"...
After he played outside for a few minutes, he notified me that he would be needing water and some dog food (froot loops) in bowls. And yes, he ate from them on the floor. :)
It's a dog's life :)

Scenes From a Mall
I couldn't resist >:o) The precarious state of some men's britches today just baffle me. The one in the middle had to make a grab to keep his from hitting the ground at least 5 times from the car to the door. R said I was going to get him in a fight if they saw me. Notice the guy on the far left, looks like he's returning some shoes. I hope it's to buy a belt. ;P
Here's RJ, "driving" the train...
Daddy watching...
Rainbow on the way home...

And RJ playing with his new remote control train. Although it looks a lot like the one he just "drove", he insists that it's Henry, from "Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends". :) Notice Mack the Truck and friends riding in the livestock car...

Pink & Green
No, this is not the same frog from a couple of days ago. :) The one from before is about 3 times the size of this little guy. I was trying to take his picture on the back porch when he jumped on my chest. Yes, even though I was cringing in anticipation of him landing on my face with his next wayward leap, I still took the picture. :)
Unlike the wasps and hornets I've read about lately, no frogs are harmed in the making of this blog. :)

Musical Sunday
We had a group that I had never heard before, This Hope . They are AWESOME! They do a lot of acappella, they are like a Gospel "Rockapella", if you've ever heard them. :) Really enjoyed it, hope they come back. (Carla, they are all originally from Alaska and now live in Woodstock, GA)
They have really really tight, awesome harmony. They also play some good piano and guitar.
Then, we had a covered dish lunch with another SS Dept, and had some more good music...
If you read my bro-in-law's blog , this is "Bro. N" :)
And I just had to include this. You can't see her, but M is also taking her Sunday afternoon nap, in the "way back" :)

I Hear the Train A-Comin'...
We went to Georgia this afternoon, looking at land...While driving down a dirt road to see some property, we had to cross these train tracks. We could see a train coming in the distance, so we parked and waited for it...
you see, we have a true train addict that lives in our house, so we couldn't pass up this opportunity to let him see a real train, up close and personal...
It was an Amtrak, and it was F-LY-ING!! The ground shook as it went by, and our hair very nearly blew off our heads and followed it down the tracks...

RJ was beside himself, and then we saw ANOTHER train on the way home! Two trains in one day...
Make one VERY happy little boy :)
